PCP extends platform company eligibilityJuly 22, 2020

We are pleased to notify you per the attached Media Release, that unlisted company platform operator Private Company Platform Pty Ltd (“PCP”) is extending its platform eligibility to include Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) seeking to replenish their post COVID capital reserves by enlarging their shareholder base and continue to grow their enterprise value.

COVID has caused many long established, successful businesses to use their equity in the business to cover the difficult trading conditions caused by the COVID-19 outbreak. Such businesses are fundamentally sound but now need to reset their capital reserves and build a solid financial foundation so they can grow quickly internally and via acquisition as the pandemic lifts.

The attached release also highlights our move to establish a dedicated SME Fund where investors can tap into a diversified spread of unlisted companies at various growth stages and in various industry sectors for a yield and sound capital growth. We hope to be able to develop a portfolio of up to 100 investees and do our part in heling to reset the capital reservices of SME’s in this country
