Introduction

DroneJAM Pty Ltd ABN 14 007 175 900 (“JAM”), with offices in Sydney and the USA, has developed world leading drone frequency jamming technology. The technology has been patented and the company is now advancing to commercialization on the back of funding and matching grants committed. The company has received a high level of interest from the US Department of Defense as well as several major airports and security installations around the world. Our IP also can be vehicle mounted using very high-power jammers designed for blocking satellite communication. JAM uses state-of-the art technology for maximum performance. The unit is controlled by a microprocessor for DDS programming and uses unique modulation techniques based on mixed signal for maximum jamming efficiency. Each module transmits unique noise signals, which creates a “firewall” between satellite and its receivers.

The jamming signal is being generated by a multi-VCO chain and DDS which results in a very high sweeping rate along the bands hence creating high RF density in each part of protected frequency band. Jamming distance of our products depends on several conditions such as antenna angle to receiver, transmitter and output power, distance to receiver etc and we have used special magnetic resonance technology to make our jamming devises much more effective than any other products on the market today.

JAM will soon to ready to raise approx. $2m via a CSF Offer through a CSF Intermediary and we believe that funding should be sufficient to get through to net cash flow positive status.
